Building Maintenance

The core of our hires at Positive Access are used for building maintenance services. Over the years we have worked on a variety of tasks from fixing a leaky gutter, installation of a full CCTV system, and even rescued a cat from a tree!

We work together with general builders, roofing firms, local authorities, housing associations, surveyors and facility management companies as well as working directly for large companies and residential customers.  

The majority of our customers hire us to help get contractors or experts to an area of a building they cannot reach. After an initial conversation on the telephone we can use our knowledge to advise you on what type of access equipment you need and arrange a quote for you.

If you do not have a skilled tradesman or contractor in place we can take this task on for you. Our operators have a wealth of experience and knowledge in many different trades so we will be able to help you complete your job. If there is something out of our skills range then we source the relevant trade for you and include the cost into our quote.
